HOW? When someone (quote seeker) uses our website to obtain
a quote, he is requested to communicate his contact details and the type of service that is sought. When we are satisfied
that the quote seeker gave genuine details, we create a "Job Lead". We inform our members of the new Job Lead by text messages (SMS) and emails. Up to 4 members can
buy the Job Lead. Job Lead prices vary from €1 to €20, depending on the nature and value of the service requested. A job success fee is charged to the successful member; this fee varies from €3 to €500 depending on the clients' budget allocated for the work.
When a member buys a lead he obtains the quote seeker's details in order to bid for the works. The quote seeker also receives the member's details.
To buy Job Leads you need to top up your account in advance, as you may do with your mobile phone. Our members must fulfill all their statutory obligations prior to registering with us. Members are provided with a personal account within the WWW.APD.IE website.
When logging into their account, members can manage their personal details and view the latest Job Leads available.

Membership fees cover all administrative expenses (there is no VAT until further notice).

The webpage will stay live as long as the member's account is positive. For a monthly budget of your choice, we can also advertise your company with a direct link to your Web page on Google and Yahoo search engines. Your company can be listed on the top.
